Use of bereavement and family illness require notation of the familial relationship.

-Open Enrollment is April 22, 2024 - May 10, 2024. Changes are effective July 1

Hired on or after 07/01/2020, enrollment choices are Chap 44 - New Jersey Educators Health Plan (NJEHP) or Garden State Plan (GSP)

Dependents can remain on your plan until the end of the month they turn:
