  • If your child will be picked up from school regularly in the afternoon, please complete the car rider form by clicking here. 

• Food Service:

  • Lunch Applications - An application MUST be completed each year. Vineland Public School offers several options to apply for Free and Reduced meals. Please go to the district website under Food Service.  If you need a paper application, please stop by the office.

  • PayPams - To pay on your child’s balance please sign up with PayPams www.PayPams.com/onlineapp

  • So Happy App - Sodexo Food Service has a mobile app called "SoHappy" to communicate menus and nutritional information to parents. The app will display menu options and nutritional information in both English and Spanish. For more information, see the flier below: https://bit.ly/3D1ROqq

• Parent Portal: 

  • Student information (including homeroom & busing) will be found on the Parent Portal. Please make sure you are able to access your account. If you need a new account set-up or your password reset, please contact the main office at (856) 794-6934 ext 3049 or via email at rsantiago@vineland.org.

  • Once you log-in you will have to sign-off electronically on several forms in-order to full access. 

  • The Parent Portal allows you to update emergency contacts, view attendance,  grades, report cards, progress reports, and lunch balances.

• Transportation:

  • All address changes must be reported to the Transportation/Registration Department on Landis Ave. so that the proper mailing address and bus assignments may be made for your child. Link to the Registration Department’s web page.
