Good Afternoon, As a reminder, the following dates/times will be offered for Attendance Restoration in November and December: * November 27, 2023 - 3:00-5:00 PM * November 28, 2023 - 3:00- 5:00 PM * November 29, 2023 - 3:00-5:00 PM * November 30, 2023 - 3:00-5:00 PM * December 9, 2023 - SATURDAY - 8:00AM - 12:00PM * December 18, 2023 - 3:00-5:00 PM * December 19, 2023 - 3:00-5:00 PM * December 20, 2023 - 3:00-5:00 PM * December 21, 2023 - 3:00-5:00 PM What is Attendance Restoration? Attendance Restoration is a requirement for students that have missed significant class time (13+ absences) in order to re-gain course credit and complete academic work. Students with 13 or more unexcused absences will be ineligible to receive academic credits for their courses. Each absence after 12 absences equates to 2 hours of Attendance Restoration that students MUST complete in order to restore their credit status. Attendance Restoration will take place at the VHS - Tanner East Cafeterias on the dates and times listed above. Students will be able to work quietly to make up missing assignments and restore their seat time missed during the school day. All students with unexcused absences are eligible to attend. Congratulations to the VHS Marching Clan on placing 3rd in the Cavalcade of Bands at the West Chester East Competition this past Saturday! The band will next compete this Saturday, weather permitting, in Millville at the NJMBDA competition. Best of luck!

Dear VHS parents and students, Please see the attached flyers regarding this year's attendance restoration policy and cell phone/earbud policy. The attendance restoration policy describes the consequences of excessive absenteeism and the new restoration procedures that students may complete to restore their credit status. The cell phone/earbud policy is part of the discipline policy for this school year. Cell phones and earbuds must remain in your child's bag or out of sight during the school day. We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to a successful school year.

Come out and support the VHS Boys Swim Team on September 7 from 5-9pm at Serene's Custard & Golf! A portion of all proceeds will benefit the team. We hope to see you there!

It will temporarily close on August 24 and reopen on Wednesday, September 13. Applications must be updated yearly.
