The 8th Grade will be hosting a Car Wash Fundraiser on Saturday, October 12th from 9am-1pm AT Veterans Memorial School. The car wash is $5 per vehicle and there will also be snacks and water for purchase.

Each year Ms. Ecret starts class with a lesson on schema (in short...what we already know) and discusses how because of the different schemas we each posses, we all bring a different point of view or understanding to class. Her classes e read the book "It Looked Like Spilt Milk" and discuss how a blob of spilled milk can look like various things depending on your schema. This lesson culminated in an activity in which the students are given a piece of paper with a line drawn on it. They need to use their schema to determine what the line is/what they see and create something. She says, "These drawings represent the different perspectives of the students in all four of my classes and ultimately illustrates how wonderfully unique we all are."
Wallace Middle School will be hosting a fundraiser on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Outlaw's Burger located at 1370 South Main Road, Vld. Just mention to your server you are there to dine and donate. We will receive 10% of your purchase. Please see the attached flyer for more information, come on out and support our wonderful Wildcats.
