As National Social Worker Month comes to an end, we would like to honor our school based social workers. Ms. Cathleen Morris is our Wallace School Social Worker and Ms. Karina Calixto is our Child Study Team Social Worker. The Wallace Wildcats will be having a super cool fundraiser which will start soon after the break. Students will buy a chance to be chosen to be Principal for the Day. More details will be out soon! Funds will be used to purchase a new Wally Wildcat Costume!

In recognition of World Down Syndrome Day, all Wallace Wildcats can dress down tomorrow 3/21, but must wear blue and yellow; blue jeans are okay! En reconocimiento al Día Mundial del Síndrome de Down 21/3, todos los Wildcats pueden vestirse informalmente mañana, pero deben usar azul y amarillo, ¡los jeans azules están bien!

The Wallace Safety Patrol held a "Pi"e Day fundraiser to help with the cost of their upcoming trip to Washington, D.C. Each homeroom was tasked with the challenge of donating the most money. The homeroom that donated the most was invited to participate in a Pizza "Pi"e Party with the Safety Patrol and then "PIE" the Safety Patrol Members. This was a great way to get students throughout the building engaging with each other. All of the students had a great time....especially when it was time to "PIE" the Safety Patrol Members! We are all very appreciative of the school's efforts to help us raise money for our trip. Shout out to Mr. K's class for raising the most money! We also want to acknowledge Mrs. Well's class for all of their fundraising efforts (they were only $9 behind Mr. K's class)!

Wallace Cinema presents Super Mario Brothers the Movie. Please join us for Family Movie Night on Thursday March 7th from 6-8pm in the gymnasium. This is a free event sponsored by the PBSIS Committee. Free Popcorn and a water bottle for each student attending. Families may bring food and candy. ******** Wallace Cinema presenta La Película Super Mario Brothers . All Vineland Public Schools, including Champions before care, preschools and private provider preschools, will open two hours late on Wednesday, January 17, due to dangerous road conditions. Staff will report on a 90-minute delay. Parents are reminded that because of the delayed opening they may NOT drop off their children at school early, unless they have signed up for Champions before care, which will start at 9 a.m. Staff may not be available to admit them to the building. No breakfast will be served tomorrow. Tomorrow's schedule for students: Vineland High School - 9:33 a.m.- 2:10 p.m. Cunningham Academy - 10:15 a.m. - 2:15 p.m. Middle Schools - 10:25 a.m.-2:55 p.m. Elementary Schools - 11:10 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. Preschools - 11:30 a.m.- 3:20 p.m.
